Warranty & Liability

We warrant to you that any WESTERN watch purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which timepieces of the kind are commonly supplied.

Our watches are protected by a one-year international warranty from the date of purchase and are therefore guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for said period of time. For this proof of purchase is required. Furthermore, this guarantee is only valid if properly filled in and dated by the authorised Western dealer from whom the watch was purchased.

To obtain service under this guarantee, please present your watch along with enclosed Guarantee Coupon to the authorised Western dealer; postage insurance and shipping charges are to be paid by the owner of the watch.

Please note:

This guarantee does not affect specific legal rights of a consumer.
This guarantee covers repair of covered components or replacement if it can’t be repaired and proves to be defective under normal use. Please note this guarantee does not cover the glass crystal, strap and attachments.
This guarantee does not cover scratches on the case caused by use.
This guarantee does not cover water damage when it is not clearly designated on the back as water resistant.
Western reserves the right to relinquish all responsibility under this guarantee for repairs if the watch is tampered with or damaged by someone other than Western authorised service facilities.
We will not honour altered or tampered guarantee repair coupons or photocopies of the guarantee repair coupons.
We are not liable to any trouble with or damage to our watches due to natural disasters such as fire, flood or earthquake.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the wristwatch you bought.
